Quality Control/Production Administrator
Job Positions
6,000 to 8,000 with 13th month salary

1. Quality inspection job responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's current quality standards and train relevant inspection personnel.
2. Responsible for random checks of products inspected by quality inspection operators.
3. Execute the quality inspection plan, record relevant inspection data, and complete inspection tasks.
4. Responsible for processing and inspecting all high-end products, as well as random inspections of stagnant products.
5. Handle and provide feedback on product quality abnormalities that occur during the on-site inspection process.
6. Responsible for the execution of 6S in the quality inspection area.
7. Understand various environmental factors and hazards in this position.
8. Comply with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations, accept education on environmental and occupational health and safety awareness, and establish a good awareness of environmental and occupational health.
9. Fulfill the company's obligations and responsibilities regarding environmental and occupational health and safety, reduce waste, conserve resources, and consciously implement this in daily behavior.
10. Participate in the company's emergency plan drills for environmental and occupational health and safety.
11. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
2. Production job responsibilities:
1. Accept and analyze production orders, arrange production schedules.
2. Allocate personnel based on the priority of order progress.
3. Count and receive picked goods.
4. Self-check during the production process.
5. Return products to inventory and handover.
6. On-site 6S management.
Job requirements:
1. High school education or above;
2. More than 1 year of quality inspection/production operation related experience;
3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders.
4. Ensure no missing installations, no defective coding, no garbled processing quality.
5. Fill out relevant forms as required.
6. Proficient in using office software;
7. Stable personality, diligent, careful in work, healthy, with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to endure hardships.
