Equipment Engineer
Job Positions
8,000 - 10,000 with 13th month salary

Position information:
1. Related issues that need to be resolved during production;
2. Training, testing, and promotion of new processes and new applications;
3. Introduction of equipment and business contract negotiations with suppliers;
4. Research, improvement, and upgrading of equipment technology;
5. Preventive management of equipment downtime, as well as investigation, analysis, handling, and improvement of equipment failures;
6. Develop annual (monthly) equipment maintenance plans and organize maintenance;
7. Establish and manage archives for all equipment; improve equipment maintenance records/equipment traceability management;
8. Improve the list of spare parts and manage supply expiration dates;
9. Collect, organize, and archive equipment files and related equipment information;
10. Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair management of equipment, supervise and check the inspection status of equipment, and make corresponding records; organize equipment suppliers for planned maintenance;
11. Responsible for the investigation, analysis, handling, and improvement of equipment failures;
12. Prepare equipment operation manuals and provide corresponding training for relevant operators to ensure equipment integrity;
13. Responsible for the upgrade and improvement of new equipment and new process technologies, as well as the installation and acceptance of equipment;
14. Calculate the operating costs of equipment and facilities, improve equipment work efficiency, and reduce energy consumption;
15. Responsible for the management of related traceability software: testing, abnormal feedback, abnormal handling; verification of software functionality;
16. Responsible for the equipment maintenance budget and the application for spare parts.
