Develop production plans and supervise the effective execution of these plans. 2. Establish operational processes and related SOP documents for the projects under management. 3. Assist the department manager in the maintenance and daily management of on-site equipment, creating equipment lists and related maintenance specifications. 4. Responsible for the collection, statistics, analysis, and improvement of on-site production data, preparing production reports, and effectively managing on-site production materials. 5. Assist in analyzing the causes of production quality incidents and propose improvement measures. 6. Responsible for the implementation of 6S on-site work, ensuring a clean and orderly working environment. 7. Responsible for the daily calculation of labor costs and the monthly settlement.
