Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday Notice

The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are approaching. According to the "Notice from the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Certain Holidays in 2023" and the actual situation of the company, the holiday arrangements for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day in 2023 are as follows:
1. Holiday Schedule:
From September 29 to October 6, there will be a holiday adjustment for a total of 8 days. The statutory holidays are September 29 for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and October 1, 2, and 3 for National Day.
Work will resume on October 7 (Saturday) and October 8 (Sunday).
2. If there is a need for overtime or duty during the statutory holidays, please have each department manager initiate the statutory holiday overtime approval in the OA system in advance.
3. Each department is requested to conduct a thorough inspection of their respective areas, especially key locations for fire prevention, theft prevention, and other safety measures before the end of work on September 28, 2023 (Thursday), to eliminate safety hazards. During the holiday, department heads must keep their mobile phones accessible to ensure that emergencies can be handled promptly.
