Job Positions
8,000 - 12,000 · 13th month salary

Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate production plans and supervise the effective execution of production plans.
2. Develop operating procedures and related SOP documents for the projects.
3. Assist the department manager in the maintenance and daily management of on-site equipment, create equipment lists and related maintenance specifications.
4. Responsible for the collection, statistics, analysis, and improvement of on-site production data, prepare production reports, and effectively control on-site production materials.
5. Assist in analyzing the causes of production quality accidents and propose improvement measures.
6. Responsible for the implementation of 6S work on-site, ensuring a clean and orderly working environment.
7. Responsible for the daily calculation of labor costs and month-end settlement.
8. Understand various environmental factors and hazards of this position.
9. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with production management methods and operating procedures;
2. College degree or above, with more than 3 years of production management experience;
3. Proficient in using office software;
4. Strong leadership, organizational coordination, communication, and stress resistance skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
